Join a collegial team of Orthopedic Surgeons in southern Virginia at an innovative and well-respected multi-specialty practice. We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon that is trained in Total Joints or Sports Medicine. There is virtually no competition within the community and this group is the sole provider of orthopedic care across a large catchment area.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8A-4:30P, outpatient

Practice Setting:

• Brand new state-of-the-art facility owned by the group
• Family Medicine residency is on the second floor that provides referrals for all specialties
• On-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms
• Dedicated support staff for each physician including first assistant, medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team

Compensation/Benefits:

• Annual guaranteed base salary of $400K or more dependent on experience PLUS production model incentives that give an earning potential above $800K annually
• Relocation Assistance based on provided reimbursement receipts
•  Partnership Track after 2 years – pay 50% of the shared stock at the end of 2nd year, then pay the other 50% after year 3 (clinical research, PT, DHS)
