• Join a premier hospitalist organization running this program in northwest Texas
• Established program with 10 hospitalists at a 480-bed, highly-rated regional hospital
• 7-on/7-off day block schedules from 7 am - 7 pm (or similar hours)
• Hospitalist shares reasonable patient census and admissions with APP support
• Open ICU; need to have experience with patients on central lines or intubations
• Open to experienced physicians available now or 2024 internal medicine residents
• Competitive salary plus bonuses; $300k in earnings, full benefits, and a $50k signing bonus
