Southeastern Idaho Seeking Full Spectrum Primary Care Physician

 An exciting opportunity exists in southeastern Idaho for a Family Medicine physician interested in rural healthcare! A not-for-profit hospital is actively recruiting a Family Medicine physician with a patient-first approach and interest in a mix of outpatient, light ER coverage, and light inpatient rounding (when on ER shift). This opportunity may be at a non-profit, but it has 'for-profit' compensation and robust benefits.

The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family Medicine MD/DO - practicing physicians and new grads are welcome to apply.

- $220,000 base salary for only 3.5 day work week (most facilities prorate that to sub $200k)
- $20,000 Annual retention bonuses (for entire time you're employed there)
- Hourly pay for extra ER call shifts, most of the shift you are home waiting for a call that may or may not come for the entire shift
- Low patient volume
