Family or Internal Medicine Physician or Medical Director
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10 Pay Rate: $132.97 - $132.95
?????This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician or Medical Director for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Job Setting: Standard Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
• Must be Residency-trained in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine
• Must have an active Illinois state license
