New hires will receive a full week of orientation, including shadowing and learning the EMR system. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with the option for a four-day workweek if preferred. Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday. There are no call duties or weekend shifts. An on-staff Nurse Practitioner handles most pediatric cases. The EMR system used is Intergy, part of Greenway Health. Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE), and rural health experience is a significant advantage. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
