Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies project-appropriate CAD requirements.• Performs CAD design.• Participates in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.• Assists to conduct site investigations and observations.• Assists to prepare narratives, architectural graphics, design presentations, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, yet regarding project schedule and budget constraints.• At times, attends client meetings, and communicates with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various states of project development.

Qualifications

• At least one year continuous experience in the A/E consulting field immediately prior to this assignment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and AutoCAD/MS Office application interfacing

• Minimum High School or GED equivelant with preference for completion of an Associates Degree or CAD Training Porgram

• Valid driver’s license
