Job Number 665385BR Description:Operations Program Sr. Manager leading the Land & Maritime Solutions (LMS) market segment within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) LOB. This position will be part of the LMS senior leadership team directly supporting the Vice President of the market segment. Key responsibilities: - Cost, schedule and technical performance of the production operation scope in the LMS Portfolio. - Strategic leadership of full operations portfolio lifecycle - proposal, award, baselining, development, production & sustainment. - Planning Production Operations scope through the Proposal writing, Program baseline & execution phases. - Collaborating across functions and BAs to drive affordability and on time delivery across all contracts. - Set the pace of program execution activities to include monitoring daily program performance, assessing risks, identifying opportunities, understanding developing issues, exploring and implementing solutions, and long term make/buy strategies. - Present performance metrics at Program Management Reviews, Execution Reviews and Market Segment reviews. - Attract, develop and retain a diverse & talented workforce, while fostering an inclusive environment. Basic Qualifications: - Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. - Experience with EVMS ($100M CAM experience) and/or experience managing cost and schedule. - Led complex manufacturing proposals & captures - Experience with proposal writing, program baselining & production execution. -Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to multi-task and support various program managers. Desired Skills: - Experienced professional with 10 years of experience with Aerospace & Defense and a bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. - Excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills; experience interfacing with company executives, customers and cross functional teams. - Experience with the production MRP system. - Proven experience leading hybrid teams.
