Job Number 667381BR Description:This position is for a F-35 Sustainment Program Manager in support of the Annualized Sustainment contract with responsibility for the execution of F-35 depot operations, automated test equipment, and consumables. The selected PM will have responsibility for partnering with internal and external sustainment stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of repairs at the F-35 component military service depots in addition to ensuring availability of the required test equipment for repair. The PM will also have responsibility for ensuring the supply of consumables supports the needs of the F-35 fleet and satisfies the performance requirements of the prime contract. The selected candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize supply execution to maximize the utilization of contract funds. The chosen PM will also serve as the contract program manager for the legacy annualized sustainment contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Sustainment experience supporting a defense contract
• Experience as a program manager or a project engineer • Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Working knowledge of supply chain management
Desired Skills:
• Familiar with F-35 sustainment
• Previous role as a control account manager (CAM)
• Experience working with forecasting models to inform material procurement
• Knowledge of operations within a military service depot
• Experience engaging, managing, and negotiating with government customers and suppliers
• Demonstrated experience driving the execution of large scale projects or programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
