Lochridge-Priest is a family owned and operated company that has served the Central Texas area for 60 years. Also, we are the largest provider of residential and commercial heating and air-conditioning services as well as plumbing services in Central Texas. We have recently expanded our electrical and building automation service areas. We have our own sheet metal shop, Advanced Sheet Metal. With offices in Waco, Temple, Fort Worth and Corsicana and over 400 dedicated employees, we're dedicated to serving your home, business, and industrial comfort needs. Position Summary

The Director of Marketing will lead the strategic planning and direct the promotional and advertising campaigns of our Company in order to generate interest in our complete range of mechanical services. This job is fast-paced and exciting and is perfect for someone who likes to be part of a high performing, visible team dedicated to great work and the company’s cultural journey. You will build an existing program utilizing your proven skills to lead our continued growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning sales and marketing scheme for local sites, management of the day-to-day coordination and execution of local sales programs through direct marketing, event sales, social media, display advertising, mobile transactions, search engine marketing and email. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively execute the sales and retention plans to grow revenue across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate on and monitor integrated direct response campaigns using a variety of digital resources and tools, print ads, direct mail, email, inserts, as well as other internal and external available resources.
  • Plays a key role to conceptualize, manage and implement strategies for events to engage and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that the marketing plan includes effective activities and tracking along each stage of the customer funnel, including awareness driving, engagement, new customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and loyalty/advocacy for each audience group.
  • Communicate programs, results and accomplishments to the Exec leadership team.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by various groups.
  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans that support corporate business objectives and are consistent with our branding strategy.
  • Expand and develop relationships with vendors, internal customers, external customers and area businesses.
  • Keep current on the latest digital, marketing and sales trends and opportunities to incorporate into ongoing campaign management.
  • Research, analyze and report on marketplace trends and competitors.
  • Set and track the progress of specific marketing goals.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our products and services.
  • Social Media management daily.

Qualifications

  • A college degree with specialization in marketing and/or communications preferred or equivalent years of experience within field may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing, event sales, social media, display advertising, mobile transactions, search engine marketing and email
  • Proficient with and high-level usage of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Well-versed in knowledge of sales, methods, channels and analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work with multiple groups effectively.
  • A knowledge of presentation software is a plus.
