Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parks Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Park Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our contracted outdoor recreational facilities.
This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for the general public.
Duties:
- Perform routine tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing company issued equipment.
-serves as Contractor’s Technical POC
-performs with the direction and oversight of the Company executive all quarterly appraisal for all workers in the recreational and parks department.
-supervisory responsibilities includes directing and managing employee workforce and assisting in non recreational activities for instance, serving as company on-call Operations Specialist, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate daily activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations by ensuring all sites are completed as outlined
- Utilize schematics, manuals, and other technical resources to find recreational sites.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning and Porter activities, including potential work orders, repairs, and parts that may be required by the customer
-created and maintain the Operations and safety manual for outdoor workers
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed in our operations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by addressing requests promptly and efficiently, and with professionalism and courtesy.
