Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to residents. The nurse will administer routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations, physician orders and service agreement with Registered Nurse supervision. Use superior assessment and communication skills. Candidates will have the ability to enrich resident’s lives by addressing their physical, intellectual, emotional and social well-being. Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 
• CPR certification required 
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required
