We are seeking a FOH Manager (part Time) to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and supervising the Front of House staff to promote a smooth operation.
This position is 25 hours per week ($23 to $25 / hour).
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all Front of House activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Motivate, train and manage FOH personnel
- Assist GM to adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Perform End of Day Process
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications :
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
