Job Summary We are seeking a Baker to join the team at our healthy food restaurant! In this role, you will prepare a variety of gluten-free pastries. You will be responsible for baking and prepping for a few days at a time. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating gluten free cookies and pastries. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you! Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan in accordance to baking schedule
Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
Bake a variety of cakes, cookies, and pastries
create new recipes
Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Previous experience decorating cakes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
