We are growing! We’re a custom panel shop that builds electrical control panels and cabinets for industrial applications. We have an opening for an experienced Quality Control Technician. Ability to read and understand Bills of Material, Assembly Drawings and Electrical Schematics is essential for this position. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and would be responsible for performing quality checks on electrical control cabinets and panels including verifying the proper component usage and placement, point to point wiring check, aesthetic aspects such as sticker and legend placement, loading software onto PLC’s, HMI’s and other components, and power up testing. This position requires working with live electrical circuits up to 480 volts.
We’re a family-oriented business that provides a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our shop is both heated and air conditioned providing our employees with a comfortable work environment. Steel toed boots / shoes are required for this position. Basic hand tools are not provided for this position, but all specialized electrical tools are provided by the company.
Starting pay for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 dollars per hour depending on experience with occasional opportunities for overtime. Medical and dental insurance are available after sixty days along with forty hours paid time off. Additional time off and 401k program are available at your one-year anniversary.
