We are hiring an Assistant Buyer!!

-Responsible for assisting buyers and all aspects of Men's, Women's, and Kid's T-shirt production.

-Work with external screen printers and blank suppliers to ensure on time delivery of top quality cost effective T-shirts for our retail stores and wholesale customers. -Manage design/production calendar.

* Work with our in house graphics team to ensure timely delivery of artwork to printers. * Create production orders for printers and blank suppliers. * Oversee input of sales and production orders into our production management software. * Review preproduction samples with graphics team and communicate corrections to printers. * Provide cost effective shipping instructions to printers. * Track shipment of completed orders to our warehouse. * Provide shipping information and packing lists to our warehouse personnel. * Provide timely production cost information to our accounting department. *Negotiate pricing with suppliers. *Resolve production problems with printers. *Communicate effectively with our designers, graphic artists, retail buyers, accounting and warehouse personnel. Should be fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Prior apparel, buyer experience, or screen print production experience preferred.
