We’re looking for a Real Estate & Commercial Leasing Specialist who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care.

The Real Estate & Commercial Leasing Specialist will contribute to the company’s growth by identifying real estate opportunities in new and existing markets, and seeing them through to completion. The Real Estate & Commercial Leasing Specialist will ensure there is a healthy real estate pipeline which is an essential for growth plans of the company. 

The Real Estate & Commercial Leasing Specialist will report to Ashley Knapp, Co-Founder, and will be remote, with up to 75% travel, based in the Northeast US. The ideal candidate has an interest in commercial real estate and development, and will play a key role in a rapidly growing retail healthcare company. 

As the Real Estate & Commercial Leasing Specialist , you will: 

• Identifying real estate opportunities in new and existing markets

• Travel to potential sites to assess conditions/market and present opportunities to manager 

• Coordinate with real estate brokers, contractor, architect and other stakeholders to help see projects through to completion

• Assess competitive landscape in target markets & develop analysis on market & site selection 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate or related field 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Excited to build from the ground up and thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy start-up environment 

• Someone who wants to have an impact in the early, growth stage of the company.

• Love diving into complex business processes and finding ways to utilize data to solve them.

• Great communication skills and ability to explain your work, design and tradeoffs decisions.
