**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervising electrical projects, managing construction sites, and ensuring the successful completion of electrical installations. If you have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Oversee and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish - Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors - Read and interpret blueprints for electrical systems - Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules - Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for electrical work - Utilize construction management software for project tracking - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings - Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting processes - Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to supervise a team effectively and resolve conflicts - Understanding of pipeline construction processes is a plus If you are a skilled Electrical Supervisor with a passion for leading successful projects, we welcome your application. Job Type: Full-time
