Description:

Local Cleaners is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Appointment Setter to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating sales appointments and cultivating customer leads for our commercial cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated approach to achieving daily sales appointment goals.
• Deliver excellent phone presentations and engage potential clients.
• Utilize general computer skills and standard business software for customer cultivation.
• Set sales appointments and efficiently track and maintain customer leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Perform a minimum of 20 dials per hour.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss appointments and follow-ups.
• Provide valuable input and feedback on telephone techniques, rebuttals, and selling skills.
• Maintain current daily records of contact information and manage records for call backs and follow-ups.
• Be professional, polished, and pleasant to work with.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of telemarketing experience is welcomed.
• Ability to consistently set appointments at a rate of no less than every 2-3 hours on average.
• Industry experience in commercial cleaning knowledge is a plus but not required.

Salary:

This position starts as hourly. After 60 days and consistently meeting all goals, a competitive salary, commissions, and benefits will be offered.
