Concrete Foreman:

Fon Du Lac area and travel. Company vehicle with gas card for company use. Prevailing wage on most projects. Broad spectrum of concrete projects such as feed storage bunkers, concrete foundations for steel digester tanks, 3D concrete flatwork, building foundations, RNG digester tanks, and parking lots.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman in the construction industry, preferably concrete finishing.

-Proven experience managing crews with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

-Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

-Detailed knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety regulations, and best practices.

-Experience with boom lift, skid loader, telehandler, and screed equipment.

-Ability to read and interpret project and blueprint plans.

-Extensive experience with dual pitch transits and/or total station.

-Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to travel. HIGH potential for out-of-town work.

-High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in construction management is a plus).

-Valid Driver License.
