- quality checks of rubber
- adhesion testing of rubber to metal bonds
- verifying identity of incoming materials
- performing wet chemistry testing
- performing layout on parts and product
- correctly entering data into computer systems
- generating reports from computer systems
- communicating results to customers appropriately
- communicating problems to customers and managers to contain quality issues
- following correct operating procedures
- performing routine maintenance and cleaning
- troubleshoot problems
- reporting issues immediately
- working overtime as needed
- working to cover vacation and sick time, on shift or off shift
- training for tasks outside their normal duties
- cleaning and maintaining the lab routinely
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to solve problems and issues.
- Must be detailed orientated.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Plex desired.
- Willingness and ability to do hands-on work when required.
