Lobel Financial is Hiring a Senior Software Engineer Near Anaheim, CA
Working with a dynamic team, you will maintain and develop a contemporary browser-based, enterprise-class software product using a technology suite that includes JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Java, Scala, Amazon Web Services, Linux, Apache, Tomcat and more.
Duties:
- Design, implement, test new software features, enhancement and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
Desired skills, experience and requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience supporting production e-commerce software deployment via regular build-test-deploy life-cycle
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML5
- Previous experience working as a React.js developer
- Amazon Web Services (ECS, EC2, S3, etc.) experience
- Experience working with test-driven development process, using GitHub
- Unit and integration test development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with a Java / JVM-based production and build environment
- Experience with runtime environment NodeJs
- Experience with Bootstrap and Redux
- Experience working with web development framework Next.js
- Experience with network, infrastructure, cloud and web application security
Work location: Anaheim, CA (92801). This position does NOT support remote workers.
