Loafers Bread Assistant Managers are expected to help manage all aspects of the daily operations of the Bakery/Cafe to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience. The AM also enthusiastically leads and motivates the restaurant team to achieve follow-up customer visits, using an ownership mentality.

Responsibilities:

· Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Supporting the restaurant Management team.

· Ensuring smooth daily operation of the bakery.

· Ordering food, supplies, etc.

· Some scheduling, inventory, and other special projects.

· Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.

Requirements:

· This is an entry level management position and prior experience is helpful but not necessary.

· Capable of working with others in a fast-paced environment.

· The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, customer service and sales oriented individuals.

· Displays enthusiasm, energy and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Servsafe certification is a plus.

· Minimum age – 18 years.
