Loaf Bakery is seeking a self-motivated and self-reliant individual to run weekday Farmers' Markets stands at both Chapel Hill Farmers Market (Tuesday afternoon) and Durham Farmers Market (Wednesday afternoon).

Hours are approximately Tuesday 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm, and Wednesday 1 pm - 7 pm.

The job entails packing up pastries and bread at the store, loading up the van, driving to and setting up at each market, working the stand by yourself (taking money and selling pastry/bread), breaking down the stand, and cleaning items used at market upon return to the store.

Requirements include-

the ability to multitask

interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner

a smart phone

a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a cargo van

the ability to life 50 lbs

Saturday market hours are available once training is complete.

Farmers Market experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Durham, NC 27701: Relocate before starting work (Required)
