Who we are:

Loader Parts Source (LPS) is a growing company serving the skid loader repair industry. We were founded in 2008 and have since expanded into 3 buildings, all located in Elkhart, IN. We utilize EOS as our operating system and are driven to create leaders, not just at LPS, but in all aspects of life.

The Research Analyst does various activities including finding new parts as well as answering questions from various departments about new or existing products.

This is a full time position reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor

Accountabilities:

● Find new parts/interchanges

● Maintain interchanges

● Answer interchange questions

● Research

● Data entry

Tasks:

● Properly record research data found

● Research in OEM manuals

● Research vendor/OEM catalogs

● Research online

● In depth interchange research

● Communicate with other departments

● Update listings

● Data Entry

● Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Skills:

● Understands Microsoft Office programs(Word, Excel, Etc.)

● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

● Analyze, evaluate and interpret research results to provide to other departments

● Ability to work efficiently with staff on all levels

● Proficiently using the web as a resource for finding information

● Attention to detail

● Great communication skills and grammar

● Ability to search online

● Ability to adapt to change

● Organized

*Mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
