Load Trail LLC is Hiring a Forklift Operator - Load Trail Sumner Near Sumner, TX
Load Trail in Sumner is seeking an experienced forklift operator to move trailers, pallets, and materials around our facility. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, active weld lines, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Inspect machinery daily to determine the equipment is safe an operational
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Skills
- Proven experience as forklift operator (experience in a manufacturing setting, especially trailer manufacturing, is preferred)
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- All qualified applicants will need to pass a written and practical forklift examination before hire.
