Load Trail LLC/Cross Trailers is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Elkhart, IN

HR Safety Coordinator Responsibilities • Report incidents and other safety initiatives • Be the HR point of contact for the plant • Develop and lead employee and management training on a regular basis • Handle all plant communications and initiatives regarding safety and risk management • Be the champion and leader of safety and health, compliance and other audits • Dedicate time to being on the floor to better evaluate and eliminate risks • Lead any OSHA investigations and reporting HR Safety Coordinator Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred; able to lead and administer trainings and audits in both English and Spanish • 2 years of experience in HR/safety • Current/previous experience working in a manufacturing, plant or union environment • Experience leading investigations as the employee-related contact • Strong leadership and change management skills • Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
