Pay Rate: Up to $18/hour.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Professional:

A Full-Time Tire Technician - Service Professional at Discount Tire performs the following duties, including but not limited to:

Being a member of a high-functioning team for 35 hours per week that come together to deliver a World-Class experience for our customers.
Install new tires and wheels.
Engaging in Discount Tire University (DTU): our in-house learning and development program led by experienced professionals that provides a variety of online training and hands-on experiences.
Uses state-of-the-art tools and equipment to deliver products and services, such as:
- New Products: Wheels, Tires, TPMS, and Wiper Blades.
- Preventative Maintenance Services: Inspections, Air Checks, Rotations, and Rebalance.
- Emergency Services: Flat Repairs.
Following safety procedures and company policies while performing job duties.
Representing the Discount Tire brand to the highest standards when performing duties such as: organizing, maintenance, and cleaning.
Exhibiting a genuine and positive attitude throughout all different phases of the customer experience.
Committed to ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Skills and Requirements:

Must enjoy and excel in a team environment.
Must have an upbeat and positive outlook.
Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be dedicated and reliable.
High school diploma or equivalent certification.
