Summary

Answer technical support phone calls and emails. Travel to repair/install ChipBLASTER systems. Provide customer training. Program PLCs and drives ordered by customers, Quote customers the parts necessary to fix their system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Able to wire, build, plumb and test a ChipBLASTER.

Must read and understand electrical drawings.

Understands the basic electrical components of the present CNC machines.

Understands CNC programming language, including M-code and G-code.

Able to identify if a CNC is equipped to handle high pressure.

Able to interface ChipBLASTER with a multitude of machines.

Can troubleshoot and repair all ChipBLASTER models.

Send electrical prints and manuals to customers.

Receive and reply to emails and phone calls from customers.

Prepare and provide expense reports and receipts to the accounting department.

Schedule hotels, airfare and rental cars when traveling.

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
