Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for applying customer payments, pursuing collections on past-due accounts receivables, and performing other accounts receivable related tasks.

DUTIES:

• Maintain daily cash report to monitor inflow of cash.
• Transfer funds between bank accounts as required.
• Apply lockbox, credit card, ACH, and wire transfer payments to customer accounts.
• Process credit card receivables.
• Distribute invoices to customers.
• Send customer statements.
• Contact customers with past due balances.
• Send collection reminders and notices and follow-up as required.
• Maintain an accurate accounts receivable aging report.
• Prepare Belin spreadsheets of customer payments received for bi-monthly wire bank transfer.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Back-up for receptionist as required.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• High school graduate or GED.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years’ experience in accounting related position.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and responsible
