Speech-language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) | Home Health

We have an immediate need for a Speech-language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) who is seeking a PRN position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients located between cities Galveston and Webster, and supervise at least two assistants. The successful candidate will also have the option of growing their case load to full-time equivalent based on candidate’s availability.

Job Description

As a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP), you will responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards.

Specific Duties:

• Provide speech-language pathology therapy services to pediatric patients, including treatments, evaluations and supervision services, between cities Galveston and Webster, south of the I-45 freeway.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an ASHA accredited school
• Texas therapy license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Must be willing to supervise 2 assistants
• Bilingual preferred
