We have an immediate need for a Medical Billing Specialist with Medicare experience for an established and growing home-health care provider. This position is full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate and timely claims submission to third-party payers
- Verify compliance of Medicare and private insurance benefits
- Manage all claims for quick and maximum reimbursement from third-party payers
- Other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year experience in Medical billing
- Demonstrable knowledge of Medicare billing rules and procedures
- Must be very detail-oriented and analytical
- Demonstrable typing skills
- H.S. diploma
