We have an immediate need for a Licensed Registered Nurse (LVN) who is seeking a full-time position working in home health in the Dallas area.Job Description
As a Licensed Registered Nurse (LVN) you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care plans in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.Specific Duties
- Maintain nursing standards while providing exceptional care and supporting patients with all applicable medical needs
- Create and provide patient care plans as needed or requested
- Communicate patient care to the physician and clinical manager as needed
- Manage all patient documentation from assessment to discharge
- Communicate to patients and family members in a positive and professional manner
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Texas or compact state
- BLS
- Valid driver’s license
