Works collaboratively with physicians, other providers, and nursing staff by providing daily patient management. Provides education and instruction to other staff as required.EDUCATION REQUIRED: Master's in Nursing (MSN, MN) in area of specialty; national board certification as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty.LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Washington State with prescriptive authority. BLS certification is required. DEA certificate. Current ACLS; PALS is required based on area of assignment.CONTINUING EDUCATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:Continuing education and/or licensing requirements: Washington State ARNP. DEA Certificate.
