• 5 years experience in commercial drywall and metal framing
• Excellent organizational skills
• OSHA 30 a plus - can train if needed
• Team leader with good communication skills and positive attitude
• Bilingual preferred
• Knowledge of Procore a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in Metal Stud Framing and Drywall installation.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret plans and specs
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check
• Successfully pass a drug screening

• Management and oversight of project and crew
• Assist in Safety and Quality Compliance
• Attend progress meetings as needed
• Coordinate crews, materials and equipment needed
• Ability to process and review daily reports, RFI's, time cards, work orders, etc.
• Provide project progress and look-ahead schedules
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
