Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that meet their requirements. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval

- Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings

- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other fixtures for each project

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of design plans

- Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role

- Proficiency in Sketchup, CAD, Revit (preferred but not required), and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus
