Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, gardens, trees, and grounds. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of lawn care techniques, the ability to operate power tools and hand tools, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to promote healthy lawn growth
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and other plants to enhance the overall appearance of the landscape
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools to perform various landscaping tasks
- Build and repair fences, pathways, and other outdoor structures as needed
- Clear snow from walkways and driveways during winter months

Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
