Our doctors and allied healthcare professionals provide primary care services, from short visits to comprehensive physical examinations, for everyone from pediatrics (ages 5 and above) to seniors.

Currently, we are looking for a clinical team member (MA, LPN) to join our triage team, who is friendly, dependable, detail oriented, and professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• This is primarily a desk job with direct patient care via telephonic triage and outreach.
• Communicate via telephone to coordinate patient care, such as medication refills, results, triage, and other medical questions.
• Support the office performing a variety of functions within the care team as directed by the providers and clinical manager.
• Document in an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with clinical paperwork.
• Bring patients back to the rooms and complete a full set of vital signs and health history.
• Perform EKGs and injections as directed by the provider.

Job Requirements: Current Pennsylvania MA or LPN license. Experience will be considered in lieu of license.

• 1 years’ experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong computer skills and experience with an EMR - Nextgen a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as a team.
• Must be able to answer phones and triage patient care proficiently.
• Must be professional, pleasant, and calmly handle stressful situations.
• Sample Schedule: Monday 7:45 am-4pm; Wednesday 12:00pm - 6 pm, Friday 7:45 am- 4pm; rotating Saturday's usually once a month 7:45am-11:45am.

Compensation based on experience.
