The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Our practice is fast-paced with multiple Doctors. Knowledge of ICD 10 coding, EHR and computer skills desired. Previous experience with SRS and Athena plus.
Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
-Intake duties
-Collecting co-pays, deductibles and past due balances
-Answering the phones and making appointments
-Following up with no-shows
-Posting charges for office visits
-Additional front office duties
Experience:
Previous medical assistant/receptionist experience and customer service experience
