LMB Investments is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Lemoyne, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Applicant will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our Apartments, equipment and associated grounds.

Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, HVAC, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, cleaning, clearing, etc.

- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests. Work orders or verbal orders are expected to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Performs general carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, minor electrical work, plumbing, painting, cleaning etc.

Skills:
- Basic knowledge in HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances (installation/removal), etc.
- Must be able to have basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC, etc.

- Able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able lift at least 25 lbs.

-Must have valid PA drivers license and provide driving records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:
