Job Type: Full-time Laborer/Equipment Operator

Pay depending on experience level, with pay increase incentives by demonstrating high performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Digging, excavating, trenching and backfilling
• Hand shoveling and raking
• Performing or assisting with minor maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Meet or exceed company safety standards
• Ability to communicate with team members and clients
• Operation of grade laser

Applicant Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to do physical labor and can lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work safely with heavy equipment and other small machinery

Experience:

• Construction or related industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

License:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
• Class A/B CDL (Preferred)
