Basic fabrication and welding experience

· Able to operate overhead cranes and power tools

· Able to read and work through complex shop drawings and work instructions

· Able to use shop tape measure and measurement tools required for the job

· Able to learn atypical shop drawings and understand bill of materials

· CWI D1.1 certification is desired

· Must have the ability to learn new skills

· Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team and give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the safety and quality standards
