Lloyd Management is seeking self-motivated, friendly and responsible Front Desk associates for 24 / 7 coverage at an affordable housing community in St.
Peter, MN. As part of a team, this position will focus on monitoring the building to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents.
In addition to monitoring the building, this individual will interact with residents, respond to emergencies, answer the phone, and assist with property needs such as cleaning, shoveling, paperwork, and other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
This is a part time position with a variety of schedules available.
nursing; PCA; case management; peer support; direct care; or similar.
