The Automotive Warranty Administrator prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the dealership’s manufacturers for prior approval. He or she will also track all submitted warranty requests with the manufacturer and ensure that the dealership is reimbursed for performed warranty work. In this position, he or she will also perform administrative and cashier duties.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous warranty and/or Service Department experience. He or she must have strong organizational and administrative skills, good computer and internet skills, and an excellent customer service focus.
