Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly and helpful service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock case and merchandise products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using technology, including POS systems and basic computer applications
- Time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
