As the Payroll Administrator you will support LIVunLtd by being responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for all employees; reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all necessary garnishments and other special payroll deductions. The Payroll Administrator is also responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll and the HR Department to ensure proper flow and maintenance of all employee data. The Payroll Administrator will handle the administration of Workday, monitor submissions of approved timesheets, and ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service. The Payroll Administrator will ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adhere to all APA policy including compliance with federal/state/local regulations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manual Payroll file compilation and submission
• Off Cycle entries related to retroactive pay
• Assist managers on payroll processing mondays to edit / approve timecards
• Lead Overpayment Deduction Letters
• Payroll Calendar Management
• Contacting employees on involuntary wage garnishments (income execution letters)
• Maintain Custom Earnings Rules and Payroll Cost Tracking Codes in Workforce time tracking system
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned; including, but not limited to administrative functions, special projects, etc.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• In-depth knowledge of human resources and payroll operations and best practices
• Excellent skills using all Google platforms
• Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
• Hands on experience in using Workday database and other HRIS systems

COMPENSATION

The Lifestyle Associate position with LIVunLtd pays $20.00-$23.50 per hour, dependent on experience and work location.
