Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

- Proven experience Flooring Project Management

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $101,657.00 per year
