Living Well Homes has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Manager for one of our 400 unit properties in Mesa. The company offers amazing benefits to all full time employees!

Qualifications include:

• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to give clear direction and respond to inquiries. Must be able to speak effectively before groups of residents or associates.
• Understanding of accounting principles and budget process. Ability to read and interpret numerical information. Basic understanding of the budgeting process.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts; analyzing data; and report writing.
• Customer service experience required in at least one of the following industries: property management, hospitality, retail, and real estate.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Yardi preferred.
• Prior experience in managing a staff (supervise, train, coach, develop, motivate,) and lead by example.
• At lease 1 year prior leasing consultant experience

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
