Living Forward ABA Autism Center is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Marion, IN

You will:

  • Be part of a reliable, caring team that provides one on one therapy, following a model of applied behavior analysis. We provide primarily center-based therapy, utilizing in-home services as needed. Programs are tailored to the needs of each child and targets a range of skill areas such as communication, social skills, self-care, and motor-development.

Responsibilities

You will need to complete the following responsibilities:

    *Oversee programs for children with autism *Maintain a caseload of 8-12 clients *Train team members on client- specific programming as well as ABA skills in general *Help out team wherever needed, including therapy *Communicate openly concerns, needs, and questions to supervising BCBA *Communicate respectfully and effectively with other professionals and team members *Be open minded to and willing to make changes frequently *Complete appropriate assessments for those clients on your caseload *Using assessments, develop treatment plans and with objective and measurable goals for client. Monitor progress on goals, making changes and updates as needed. Formal TP updated to be made every 3-6 months as required by specific insurance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements.

    *Masters from accredited university *Current BCBA certification, or sitting for certification soon *Minimum 2 years experience working with children with autism preferred *Perform assessments appropriate for learners age and ability *Provide competent parent/ caregiver training, both in individualized and group setting *Must have strong written and oral communication skills *Able to pass criminal background check *Able to pass a drug screen *Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care training

Pay

  • To be determined during interview process based upon experience and qualifications

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
