Job Description: Under the direction of the nursing staff, the Resident Assistant will provide direct resident care duties based upon the individualized care plan/support plan of each resident, including attention to the residents’ personal care (hygiene, bed changes, etc.) with an extreme display of compassion.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • CPR Certified (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of HIPPA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
  • Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others
  • Experience providing customer & personal services.
