Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Department: Community Living Services
Reports To: Community Living Supervisor
Location: Hummelstown, PA; Annville, PA
Job Type: Part-Time
This position is working with two individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and/or serious mental illness. One individual lives in Hummelstown, PA and the other lives in Annville, PA. We are seeking 1 DSP to work with both individuals. This is a part-time position for 26 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community integration.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Encourage and engage individuals in meaningful social and recreational activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
-High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
-Preferred: prior experience in a direct support role
-Preferred: prior experience with customer service
